ADULT FUNDRAISER PAINT CLASSES
Fundraiser paint classes are an easy way to have fun and provide funds for your cause.
​Fundraiser breakdown
( money given to fundraising cause):
5-9 people painting = $5 back per painter
10-14 people painting= $10 back per painter
15+ people painting = $15 back per painter
I request that you try to get to
atleast 20 people for a fundraiser.
Minimum is 5 people in studio classes.
Minimum is 10 people for other locations.

You can pick the painting! Choose any painting in my portfolio or have an idea of your own? I can paint that idea up to teach to class!

Majority of my classes are $35 per painter

A non-refundable deposit from host will now be required when booking a fundraiser or private party. The deposit amount will be $35–$40, depending on the ticket price for your event. Your date will not be booked or held until the deposit is received. If the event takes place, the deposit may be applied toward the host’s ticket.

There is not extra cost to use studio for fundraisers.

Most classes take approximately 2 hours.

All food and drink are welcome ( including BYOB).

If class is held outside of the Color Mixer Studio, the host is required to provide tables and chairs.

HOST IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND PAINTING EVENT.

The host needs to help with advertising/ inviting people to the class. Normally, I pay for advertising for my classes open to the public. I DO NOT pay for advertising for fundraisers because the money that I would be using for that will go to the fundraiser.
If the person minimum is not reached the class will be cancelled and tickets purchased will be refunded EXCLUDING the non-refundable deposit.
If the host cancels a class but immediately selects a new date, the deposit may be transferred one time to the new date. If the second scheduled class does not occur, the deposit will be forfeited.
If a class must be canceled due to an emergency on my end, the deposit will be refunded. However, if Color Mixer cancels a class because the host did not meet the minimum number of participants, the deposit will still be forfeited.
ADULT PRIVATE PAINT CLASSES
Private paint classes make the event more intimate. Enjoy just your friends and family at your class. This is a great option for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events, team bonding, or just a party/get together!

Must have a minimum of 5 people for a private paint class AT THE STUDIO. All private parties not held at the studio the minimum is 10 people.

CHILDREN PRIVATE PAINT CLASSES
Kids love getting their friends together and PARTYING!!!! This is a great option for children's birthday parties.

Must have a minimum of 7 people for a private paint class AT THE STUDIO. A private party not held at the studio has a minimum of 12 people. Max is 30 (studio max is 25)
